*Open to accepting apprentices as well*

Responsibilities:

• Travelling to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
• Installing/Diagnosing/Servicing/Replacing: locks, door hinges/frames, safes
• Provide excellent customer service by inquiring about all other door and lock fixtures on the premises to ensure there are no future problems on other doors and locks
• Provide customers with estimates pertaining to costs of hardware or servicing fees
• Educate customers on how and why hardware issue have happened, what went into the repair process and how to avoid more problems in the future
• Complete service orders and customer invoices in timely manner

 Skills and Experience:

• 3+ year’s general locksmith experience
• Knowledge of keys, lock servicing, door hardware, hinges, panic bars
• Capable of reading drawings
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Problem solving and analytical thinking skills

 Hours of work:

• Monday – Friday, 830 AM-5:00 PM, Rotating On-Call Shifts
